He explained the causes of the problems in a way l could understand and came up with three options to deal with the issues. He tried hard to save me money and pointed out ways l could do this. I am very impressed with his professionalism and his immediate grasp of the situation. He obviously loves his job and that was a real plus. I look forward to having this work completed."
