Meet The Team

Our company was founded by Jon who is a native Oregonian and plumbing expert. He learned his plumbing trade at a large, local plumbing company in Albany, OR. After several years as a journeyman, he decided to begin his own business founded on his own beliefs and principles. Linn Benton Plumbing was the result of that desire, hard work, and dedication to providing superior plumbing services to the communities in Linn County and Benton County, Oregon.

Since the start of his plumbing company business, Jon has been working hard to make sure that his plumbing services are the best in Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, Scio and Jefferson and that his customers are thoroughly satisfied with the work he does for them.

Miles has worked with Linn Benton Plumbing for the past four years as a plumbing technician. He completed his four year plumbing apprenticeship and received his Journeyman license in the Fall of 2020. Miles has grown up around plumbing. His father owned a plumbing company and gave him the opportunity to work during the summers with him. His knowledge of plumbing and professionalism has been years in the making. He has been described by many as a funny, laid back and, able to get the job done quickly.

When asked what makes him the happiest, he says, “Hanging out at home just relaxing with my pups, Odin and Freyja. They are goofy and loving and it makes each day better.” His advice on having a successful day is simple, “I always give my pups a good belly rub before I walk out the door.”

Kelly has been working behind the scenes on the phone and the computer helping build Linn Benton Plumbing from day one. Her many years working retail for a local big box store gave her a solid foundation in customer service and satisfaction. Working together with Jon and their four children, Linn Benton Plumbing has grown to represent their values of honesty and integrity EVERY time you call.

When not working on Linn Benton Plumbing the Hatch family enjoys attending their local church, hiking, boating and exploring. Oregon is a beautiful state and they enjoy being ‘local tourists’. Kelly also stays busy with home-schooling their kids, gardening and getting lost in a new Louis L’Amour book.

Erica is our newest customer service representative at Linn Benton Plumbing. She joined our team with over 15 years of customer service experience. She is a gifted communicator and very fun to work with! Definitely a great addition to our team!

In her down time Erica enjoys her favorite hobbies including organizing and makeup artistry along with spending time with family and her pets!
